When an audit is completed for your site in the Site Audit tool, you may notice a "Nofollow page" issue.

This means that pages were found with a Nofollow meta tag during our crawl.

A "nofollow" meta tag is used on a page to instruct search engine crawlers not to
follow the links on it.

You only use a nofollow meta tag on pages you DON'T want search crawlers to follow links on.

Otherwise, if you'd like the links to be followed on these pages you should remove this tag or not add it.
