There are two (2) ways to access the Site Audit settings for your projects.
1. From the Dashboard, or Site Audit dashboard.
From the Dashboard or Site Audit Dashboard, pick the project you wish you edit the site audit settings, and click the 3 dot menu at the right most of the project:
Click on Edit settings:
Then click on Site Audit to open the Site audit settings:
2. From within a Site Audit crawl itself
Click on the settings cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner:
This will open the site audit settings of the current Site Audit crawl. Now click on Project settings:
And then click on Site Audit to open the Site audit settings:
Note: Any changes to project settings saved will only apply to new Site Audit crawls. Already completed Site Audit crawls will not be affected.
