The message "Your user status in the connected workspace is currently "Inactive."" displayed by Ahrefs' SEO Toolbar means that:

The billing cycle for your account/workspace reset recently, and your current user status was set to "Inactive."

"Inactive" users are those who have spent fewer than 6 report credits in Ahrefs' core tools in the current billing month.

The workspace owner does not incur any additional costs for "Inactive" users. However, this status is limited to 500 "Export rows per month" credits, which Ahrefs SEO Toolbar consumes when displaying the metrics.

Check your credit usage here or by clicking on this icon in app.ahrefs.com.

Please make sure you're checking the usage within the right workspace/account, which is linked to the Ahrefs SEO Toolbar.

To lift this restriction, spend more than 5 credits on app.ahrefs.com, which will change your user status to "Casual."
