Access always gets activated for e-mail you specified when processing payment, so be sure to use the one you plan to log in with.

It is also recommended to clear cache prior to making payment to avoid auto-filling incorrect e-mail.

If you need your invoices and billing notifications to go to a different e-mail, this can be easily updated afterwards by dropping a note to our support team.
