How to get your tax refunded
For United States, Canada, India, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, UK, European Union countries
Please email [email protected] or contact us via live chat and provide your valid tax ID. If possible, please also provide relevant tax certificates for your organization. Depending on your country we may ask for additional supporting documents as required to refund your tax. We will review the provided information, and help to apply the tax details to your account and having the tax refunded for orders made during last 90 days.
For Malaysia, Indonesia and South Africa
Tax is charged on all transactions, so there will be no tax refund option.
For orders older than 90 days
Tax amounts have already been passed along to the tax office. You can, however, take your invoice to your local tax office and claim credit or refunds for those, subject to your eligibility to claim input tax credits. It is best to clarify with your local tax representative.
