Why do I see a decrease in my Referring pages graph despite an increase in my Referring Domains graph?

Find out why there may be a drop in referring pages even though the number of referring domains have increased.

You will sometimes notice that the graph depicting Referring Pages in Site Explorer's Overview shows a drop or is on the decline; while the Referring Domains graph shows an increase in Referring Domains to your site.  

Here's an example:

The reason is due to Ahrefs sometimes removing spammy pages from its database.
