Reports in Brand Radar allow you to save searches you make to check back again at a different time. Reports save the Entities, filters, and location used to make the search.
You can either create a report from the homepage of Brand Radar by clicking on "+ Report" button:
Or from your current Brand Radar search using the "Save report" link in the sidebar:
Editing a Report's settings
The first time you create a report, you'll be prompted with a window to set your report's settings. If you are saving a report from the current search made in Brand Radar, the report fields will be pre-filled:
Here are the fields you can configure:
Project - You can map a project to the report, which is required to set up Custom queries.
Your brand - Setup the brand that you'd like analyze visibility for.
Your competitors - Setup the competitors that you'd like to bench
Market or niche - You can optionally set a specific market or niche to filter the report by.
Location and filters -
Tracking frequency for AI assistants - If you've set up a project for this report, you can configure which AI assistants are checked for your custom queries, and how frequently they do.
Report name - Optionally set a name for this report.
You can configure both your brand and your competitors as entities by adding name variations and associated URLs, and add multiple entities in Your brand, Your competitors and Market or niche fields.
Once your settings are saved, you can edit them again later in the Report settings from the sidebar:
Note that once a report is mapped to a project, the project cannot be changed.
