All features require a Standard or higher subscription on Ahrefs to use.
The exception would be AI Content helper, which is currently free for all paid subscribers (including Starter) while it is in Beta stage.
AI Suggestions
This AI feature helps you quickly generate new keyword ideas.
This feature can be found on the main page in Keywords Explorer, before any keywords are entered in:
AI Search Intents
This AI feature helps you Identify and group results in the SERP based on their intent.
This feature can be found in all keyword related reports that have SERP overview. For example:

Matching Terms report in Keywords Explorer
Open SERP Overview for any keyword, and click on the Identify intents button:
AI Translation
This AI feature helps you quickly get SEO metrics for up to 10,000 keywords in a different language or dialect.
Open any saved keyword list in Keywords Explorer, the Overview for the keywords you entered in, will have the Translate button on the top right:

AI Content Helper
This tool grades your content and gives you helpful tips by analyzing how well your content piece covers topics for the keywords you aim to rank for, compared to competitors in the SERP:
