Changing your billing address is only a few clicks away.
Scenario 1 (Legacy subscription via FastSpring)
If you have a legacy subscription, it will be switched to one of the new plans by the end of October 2024. You would have received an email about this to your billing email associated with your Ahrefs account.

Head on to Payment Methods section under Billing menu in your Account settings and click subscription details link:
Under "Account Details and Payment Methods" click "Edit" button.
Update the required info and save the data.
Scenario 2 (Old legacy subscription via FastSpring)

Head on to Payment Methods section under Billing menu in your Account settings and click subscription details link:
Then click "Edit Subscription". (If you can't find the link to click, hover your mouse near to the Edit Subscription words until a hand-click icon is shown.)
Select "Update Address" and click "Next".
Here, you will be able to amend your mailing address that is linked to your account. Then, click "Save Changes" once you are done.
Scenario 3 (New subscription via Chargebee)
Head on to Payment Methods section under Billing menu in your Account settings and click subscription details link:
Click Chargebee account link, then choose the information section you'd like to edit/update:
Update the details and save the info.
Note: it is not possible to update e-mail for invoices and billing notifications from the user's side. For this, please, contact our support.
