There are 2 possible scenarios as we have our billing on 2 different systems.
Scenario #1: Subscription via Chargebee
Head on to Payment Methods section under Billing menu in your Account settings and click on "Payment methods" link:
Select your credit card's method, read and accept the Privacy Policy, and click on "Continue":
Click on "Add New", enter in the new card's details and click "save"
Please type the details of the new card in the next pop-up and click "Add":
IMPORTANT: Once the new card is added, be sure to set the new card as Primary to allow us to start billing from the new card:
Scenario #2: Subscription via Stripe
Head on to Payment Methods section under Billing menu in your Account settings and click on "Payment methods":
The gateway page will open as a pop-up. If you don't see it, check to see if your browser is blocking pop-ups. Click on the Edit button to change an existing card, or click on "Add payment method" to add a new card.
Please type in the details of your new card and click on "Add":
IMPORTANT: Once the new card is added, be sure to set the new card as Default to allow us to start billing from the new card:
