Credits limit reached

Sometimes, while you're using Ahrefs for some time, you will see this warning pop up:

This is because you are on a subscription plan that uses credits, and you've just hit the max credits set on your account. You'll be able to check what subscription plan you have from your account settings. Depending on your plan, you have the following options:

Reached limits on a Starter plan

  • Upgrade to Lite or a higher plan

  • Wait for your limits to reset in the next billing month. (You can still check site audit when your credit limits are reached)

Starter plans cannot purchase additional credits. The only option is to upgrade your plan.

Reached limits on a Lite, or an older Standard or higher plan that uses credits

  • Upgrade to a new Standard or higher plan that has unlimited fair use.

  • Purchase additional credits. This can be done from your Limits and usage page

  • Wait for your limits to reset in the next billing month. (You can still use Site Audit and Rank Tracker when your credit limits are reached)
