This article gives an overview on the Data limits of each subscription plan: what they are, and how they are calculated.

Credits per month

Starter and Lite are the only plans limited by credits.

If you search and use filters on any tools that are not Site Audit or Rank Tracker, you will consume Credits per month. More information about how credits are spent can be found here.

If your plan uses credits, you can quickly check the number of credits you can use monthly by clicking on this icon next to your workspace name:

500 additional credits can be earned by verifying ownership of your website. These additional credits can only be spent for URLs within any of the verified projects. Verified projects are projects that have gone through a verification process to prove you own the website.

Crawl credits per month

This is one of the usage limits for Site Audit.

Only internal HTML pages that return the 200 (OK) HTTP status code consume monthly Crawl Credits. Learn more

5,000 additional crawl credits can be spent for each verified project you have.

Rows per report

Export rows per month

This refers to number of rows of data exported on all tools that are not Site Audit and Rank Tracker.

Users

Each subscription except the Enterprise plan comes included with 1 user. That means only 1 person can access the workspace that has your paid subscription.

You can add additional users to share your workspace up to your plan's user limit:

Each additional user comes with credit limits specific to your plan:

Inactive users

Adding inactive users is free, but they can only use Site Audit and Rank Tracker. You can control this from Account settings > Limits and Usage

Active users

Active users can use all tools that your current subscription allows. Only Active users are counted against your subscription's max user limit.
